These terms are an agreement between you and [Registered company name & number] (“Traina”, “we”). They apply when you use the Traina website at jointraina.com and when you apply to become a coach.

Traina is a platform that connects qualified personal trainers with clients for online coaching. We are pre‑launch and recruiting our founding coaches; live bookings open in September.

By submitting an application you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, that you hold the qualifications you describe, and that you have the right to work as a personal trainer in your jurisdiction. We may verify any information you provide.

Submitting an application does not create any guarantee of acceptance, work, income, or a contract. If accepted, separate coach terms will govern the working relationship.

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, to misrepresent yourself or others, to interfere with the service, or to scrape or harvest data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

The Traina name, logo, copy, and design are ours. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, other than normal browser caching and sharing.

We provide the site “as is” and don't promise it will always be available, error‑free, or fit a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. Material changes will be flagged on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. The courts of South Africa will have non‑exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
